1. How to change your car rental reservation
   1. You can change easily such as branches for picking-returning, picking dates-returning dates} time for picking and the car rental speciation AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the confirming dates
   2. If you are going to change dates, it will be changed about some payments to be higher for depending on the changing dates with your decisions and our company.
2. Refund policy when your reservation cancels
   1. ECOCAR rent-a-car has a policy that NO REFUND for your payments
   2. However, we can move the dates within 30 days. If more days, YOU MUST BOOK IN THE NEW RESERVATION.
3. Car color speciation / Car Year / Car Seats
   • You can’t require your car speciation for THEM when you are going to book in the online booking system or the company booking process. Moreover, we are not going to pay REFUND for your cancels
   • In the case of colors, we have only car colors only as white and grey. You can’t request more than our car rental lists
4. Car Type Speciation changing
   In some cases, we are going to change some car types that you book on the picking date, for they are out of orders from accidents or car quality failure. We are going to change in the second best car rental to you in our best improving choices.

   • Get the reasonable prices
   • No fees and direct paying by credit cards
   • YOU MUST PICK DATES IN YOUR CHOICES ONLY
   • NO REFUND if you are going to cancel
   • 1 CUSTOMER FOR 1 CAR ONLY, NO DOUBLE ORDERS
   PAY LATER
   • Pay for locking your car rental to pick in 1,000 THB without fees
   • You can change the dates only 1 time within 30 days after your first reservation.
   • If you are going to change, you MUST TAKE CARE about your changing prices in your decisions.
   • NO REFUND 1,000 THB car rental booking cost.
   • NO DOUBLE ORDERS
